Return & Refund / Exchange Policy

This Return & Refund policy is applicable for Online & Offline provided / served by MMG Distribution Sdn Bhd.

1. Return and Refund /or Exhange within MMG Distribution Gurantee Period
- Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refunds and Return /or Exchange Policy, Buyer may apply for return of the purchased items (“Item”) and refund prior to the expiry of the MMG Distribution Guarantee Period which is Seven (7) DAYS from:-
a) item purchased date based on Invoice Issued Date (for Walk-In Buyer)
b) item received date based on delivery tracking status provided by courier (for Online Buyer)

2. Application for Return of an Item
- Buyer must contact MMG Distribution within Seven (7) DAYS as per stated in (no.1) for MMG Guarantee Period for Return and Refund /or Exchange to be valid.
- Please contact us either by e-mail at [email protected] or call MMG Distribution hotline at +6018-372 2866 for enquiries.

i) We will reply the Customer within Forty-Eight (48) Hours and direct the Customer of the procedures in respect of the return of Products and exchange or refund upon verifications.
ii) The Customer is advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action.


3. Terms and Conditions for Return of an item
- Buyer may only apply for Return /or Exchange of the item within MMG Distribution Gurantee Period Seven (7) Days with the following circumstances:-
a) Received wrong item (e.g. Wrong Color, Specifications, Wrong Model etc.); or
b) Item received with Manufacturer Defects /or Cannot Funtion

i) Provided Always that the Customer shall return or caused to be returned to MMG Distribution the foresaid Products unused and in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it is first delivered to the Customer together with the Invoice and Consignment Note.
ii) Free Gifts /or Complimentary Gift by certain brands is not eligible for Return /or Exchange


- If the Customer did not received some item /or less quantities (EXCLUDE due to courier mishandling), MMG Distribution shall Refund /or Courier back the omitted Product to the Customer with the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer.
- If the Customer did not received the parcel within the estimated delivery time frame by selected courier /or received parcel with missing items and damaged parcel, MMG Distribution will not warrant a Refund /or Exchange to the Customer.


4. Submisson for Return of an Item
- The Customer may bring the affected Product(s) to any MMG Distribution Branches (Please navigate to Home Page > Branch > then select the branch location).
- MMG Distribution will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to the Product is received by us. The Customers are advised to pack safely the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.
- The Customer is required to send back the affected Product(s) to us via a reliable courier service company to our selected MMG Distribution (HQ) at the following address & Remark :-


1, Jalan Flora Utama 6, Taman Flora Utama, 83000 Batu Pahat, Johor.

5. Return & Refund /or Exchange Process
- The return of a Product by a Customer does not automatically warrant for a Refund /or Exchange. MMG Distribution will inspect the returned Products upon receipt of the same.
- If the conditions in Item No.2 (i) of this Return and Refund /or Exchange Policy have been fulfilled, Refund /or Exchange will be made to the Customer and we will reimburse the Customer of its courier charges for returning of the Products to us provided always that the courier payment slip is furnished to us upon seeking refund.

**All replacements or exchange of Product(s) shall be effected subject to stocks availability.

- All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within Forteen (14) WORKING DAYS and depending on the appointed bank refund policy in which your receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to finalise the refund. 
- MMG Distibution shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.
